Joyful, heartfelt and deeply personal, Kate’s paintings are an invitation to pause, remember and feel. Working intuitively in rich, expressive oil paint, she creates vibrant, dreamlike worlds drawn from memory, imagination and the small, beautiful moments of everyday life. Each piece is layered with emotion and spontaneity, celebrating connection, nostalgia and the playful spirit that lives within us all.

Inside
Kate’s world.
Kate loves to create life affirming and joyful works that are about love, family, friends and connection.
These abstracted, colourful landscapes are rendered in thick, buttery oil paint with the horse being a motif often explored within these magical realms. For her, the horses are a nostalgic look at childhood dreams and when Kate is painting them, they represent energetic beings i.e. People and other animals in her world.
